Martijn Schok (NL)
Founder of the only international festival in the Netherlands dedicated to Boogie Woogie, pianist and composer, Martijn is a benchmark in the world of boogie woogie and piano blues. He has recorded 13 boogie woogie CDs. In October 2003 he played solo at the prestigious "Masters of Boogie woogie" festival in Detroit, Michigan, with among others Henry Butler and Motown's funk brother Joe Hunter. The event was broadcast on several American TV networks this year
